2. Custom Orders

  • Custom furniture (size, fabric, color) is made on request and may require 50–100% advance payment.

  • Custom items are non-refundable and non-returnable, except in the case of defects or damage during delivery.

  • Lead times for custom pieces vary and will be communicated during order confirmation.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines depend on your location and the product type.

  • Standard delivery is available across Pakistan.

  • Customers must ensure accurate delivery addresses; failed deliveries due to incorrect details may incur extra charges.

  • Large furniture items will be delivered curbside unless otherwise agreed upon.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery for eligible products.

  • Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

  • Custom products, clearance items, and opened packages are not eligible for return.

5. Product Descriptions

  • We strive to ensure all product details, images, and specifications are accurate.

  • Slight variations in color, texture, or finish may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or natural materials.

6. Warranty

  • The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage.

  • Claims must be made within the warranty period and supported with photos and a valid order number.
